HMC Board of Directors Spotlight: BeautifulBeast’s Aldo Quevedo
February 11th, 2026
“Hispanic creativity is rooted in lived culture, emotion, and innovation. In today's fragmented, mistrustful media environment, it brings authenticity and relevance—two things brands struggle to earn,” says BeautifulBeast CEO and Creative Chairman Aldo Quevedo who just rejoined HMC’s Board of Directors for a second term. Here’s what he had to say on…
...rejoining the Board:
Serving again is deeply personal. Early in my career, HMC was one of the first places where I felt both challenged and supported, where Hispanic marketing was treated as serious business. I hope to bring continued focus on rigor—pushing ourselves to be as disciplined in our thinking and measurement as we are passionate about culture, so the next generation doesn’t have to prove the value of Hispanic marketing the way many of us did.
... his proudest accomplishment:
Helping prove that culturally grounded ideas can drive real business results, while creating space for others to grow. Mentoring young talent and building work that opens doors, shifts perceptions, and inspires the next generation to see themselves in this industry has been especially meaningful.
...what he expects for 2026:
2026 will reward brands that move past performative inclusion and invest in long-term cultural intelligence. Hispanic marketing will increasingly be about trust, consistency, and depth—not moments. The brands that win will truly listen, understand lived experiences, and treat the Hispanic audience as central to growth, not as a line item.
